It was one of her early works and the original painting was sold at auction which was raising money for refugees settling in to the Illawarra. Title: White Falls. (Art Print). This print needs a bit of distance to be appreciated. Look at the closeup images (by clicking on the image to the left), the original painting was done with very simple brush strokes and it is not until you move back from this print that you appreciate the closeness of the trees, the steep falls, and the serene mountains in the distance. The print is framed with glass. The frame itself is thin gold coloured wood. Dimensions: Width 63 cm, Height 60 cm. (With Frame) Weight: 2.7 kg. |
